Facebook Ads Services for Small Businesses

Running Facebook Ads but not getting the results you expected? Many small businesses we work with have had the same experience: they boosted a few posts or launched a campaign and didn’t see much come from it.

When we look under the hood of underperforming campaigns, we often find the same thing: one campaign showing the same message to everyone, whether they’ve never heard of the business or they’ve already visited the website.

Main Street ROI helps small businesses get results from Facebook Ads. We manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a structured approach that matches your message to where each audience is in the buying process.

Our Approach to Facebook Ads

Search advertising because people are already searching for what you sell. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram is different. You’re interrupting someone’s scroll. That means you need a different strategy for different audiences.

We build every Facebook Ads campaign around what we call The Audience Temperature Model. It starts with a simple idea: a stranger and a past customer should never see the same ad.

  • Cold audiences are people who don’t know you yet. The goal isn’t to sell. It’s to get their attention with something valuable, whether that’s useful content, an eye-catching video, or an offer that earns a click.
  • Warm audiences are people who’ve visited your website, watched your video, or engaged with your content. They know who you are. Now the goal is to build credibility and move them closer to a decision.
  • Hot audiences are people who’ve shown real buying intent: visited your pricing page, started a form, added something to a cart. These are the
people ready for a direct call to action.
  • Customer audiences are your existing customers. The goal is retention, repeat business, and referrals.

Most businesses skip straight to asking cold audiences to buy. That’s why their campaigns don’t work. The Audience Temperature Model builds a funnel that moves people through these stages naturally, so by the time you ask for the sale, the audience is ready to say yes.

Creative matters more on Facebook and Instagram than on any other channel. You’re competing with friends, family, and cat videos for attention, especially on Instagram where the entire experience is visual. Scroll-stopping images and video aren’t optional. And with privacy changes making third-party targeting less reliable, your first-party data (customer lists, website visitors) has become the foundation of effective advertising on both platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with my type of business?

We’ve managed Facebook Ads campaigns for small businesses in nearly every industry. We work with local service businesses, national B2B companies, e-commerce brands, and professional services firms. Not sure if we have experience in your industry? Request a quote and we’ll let you know.

Who owns the Facebook Ads accounts?

You do. Always. Your accounts, your data, your campaigns. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.

Does Main Street ROI earn any commission or markup from Facebook Ads advertising?

No. You pay Meta (Facebook) directly for your advertising. Our only compensation is our management fee.

How much does Facebook Ads management cost?

Our monthly management fees start at $750 per month and increase based on the size and complexity of your campaigns. Contact us for a custom quote.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

We don’t have a minimum ad spend requirement. However, we generally recommend that your combined monthly budget (ad spend plus management fees) be at least $1,500 per month for monthly management to make sense. For example, $750/month in ad spend and $750/month in management fees.
If your total budget is less than $1,500 per month, a one-time Jumpstart project is a good place to start.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. For monthly management, we require a 30-day written cancellation notice. We want to earn your business each month, not lock you in. We also offer Jumpstart projects with no ongoing commitment.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll have a dedicated account manager as your main point of contact for day-to-day communication, as well as a dedicated Facebook Ads strategist who handles the research, creative strategy, and ongoing optimization of your campaigns.
